How We Use Your Information

Primary Purposes

Track employee location and attendance, manage work schedules and assignments, monitor productivity and performance, ensure workplace safety, and optimize field operations.

Secondary Purposes

Improve our services, conduct analytics on employee performance patterns, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraudulent activities.

Legal Basis

We process your information based on contractual necessity, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain employee tracking data for the duration of employment plus 2 years for legal and compliance purposes. Location data is automatically deleted after 90 days unless longer retention is required by law. You can request deletion of your data subject to legal requirements.
